Tom and Jack, two lifelong friends with over 25 years of experience in the angling industry, often found themselves frustrated by the high prices of quality carp tackle. They knew that many anglers were feeling the bite from what they called the "carp tax." One evening, while sitting by the water, they brainstormed ways to change that.

With a shared passion for fishing, they decided to create their own brand, Bite Tackle. They focused on sourcing top-notch materials, particularly Japanese High Carbon Steel for their hooks and other Terminal Tackle, ensuring that their products were durable yet affordable. They wanted every angler to have access to quality gear without breaking the bank.
